2. THEORY AND PROTOCOL:

Use theory of power distance, of high and low context, to help readers understand different protocols in different countries. Give at least two examples.

Use the theory of neutral v affective and the theory of ascribed vs achieved status to help the audience understand different protocols for nonverbal behavior in different countries. Give examples.

3. MEETINGS AND DECISION MAKING

Discuss how knowledge about how meetings are run and decisions made help understand different protocols in different countries. Give at least two examples.
